The Business Analyst- Salesforce will play an integral role in our sales organization. This role will be responsible for overseeing the configuration, customization, maintenance and day to day operations of the platform. It will provide important analytics to multiple functional areas including Sales, Marketing and Customer Experience. If you have solid experience with Salesforce, experience with startups (SaaS), love solving problems and enjoy rolling up your sleeves and jumping in, we want to hear from you!

This position can be located at our Herndon location- flexible for remote work or fully remote on the east coast or central U.S.

What you'll do:

Responsible for all Salesforce functions including user accounts, report and dashboard development and maintenance, security configurations, permissions, workflows and approval processes.

Work with internal stakeholders to create and execute configurations that support business priorities and initiatives.

Manage the business feature backlog

Provide training to Salesforce users as required, to help expand knowledge and skills across the organization

Perform regular internal system audits and prepare for upgrades

Monitor and ensure data quality and integrity

Serve as primary support for all teams to assist with questions on internal salesforce systems

Own KPI reporting and dashboards for the sales team

What you bring:

Minimum 3 years of experience as a Salesforce Business Analyst or Salesforce Administrator working in Sales (preferably SaaS)

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or other related field, or equivalent work experience.

Proven ability leveraging analytical and problem-solving skills in a fast paced environment

Strong knowledge of Sales functionalities - Lightning experience highly preferred

Advanced Excel skills; ability to consolidate information into actionable reporting

Excellent interpersonal skills.
