About the Job: The Renewal Operations Specialist, will support the Customer Success Team in creating renewal quotes for customers that are set to expire 120 days on advance of expiration date. We are looking for someone who thrives working in a fast paced environment and enjoys driving tasks to completion.

This position is preferred to be located near our Herndon, VA or North Haven, CT office. We will consider candidates who are located in the Eastern or Central time zone.

What you'll do:

  • Understand Previous Contract Renewal Details
  • Understand what discounts should be applied to the renewal quote (Direct, Reseller, CCW)
  • Research other contracts under the same customer to possibly co-term multiple dates to one date.
  • Will be assigned several accounts to manage and close.
  • Building and Creating Renewal Opportunities in SalesForce to include:
    • Opportunity Information
    • Products (support sku's)
    • Generate Quote(s)
    • Assets (lists all assets)
  • Assist in improving the overall Renewal process both internally and with customers.

What you'll bring:

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent with 1-3 years of inside sales / renewals / account management experience
  • Prior experience with managing renewal contracts preferred
  • Salesforce experience
  • Intermediate Excel experience
  • Understand basic business mathematics (ARR)
  • Detailed oriented
  • Sense of urgency
