VP Enterprise Sales

What you'll do:

The position will be responsible for developing international strategy that aligns with Vbrick's long term goals, identifying and qualifying opportunities, and supporting partnership initiatives that aim at growing and maintaining Vbrick's enterprise market.

This position requires a senior level sales executive with experience managing a team of account executives within an enterprise software company.

The position requires a true leader who can significantly grow sales, motivate and lead by example.

What you'll bring:

  • Accountable for achieving enterprise sales team revenue goals
  • Lead, manage, coach and develop a high performance enterprise sales team
  • Develop goals and metrics for enterprise sales team and review and measure team's performance
  • Develop tools and strategies to maximize goal attainment and productivity by rep; regularly adjust & refine goals
  • Develop and execute sales campaigns with target accounts/contacts on a systematic basis
  • Collaborate on demand generation strategy and tactics


Minimum 10 years' experience in sales and sales management

5+ years experience in a SaaS organization

Strong track record of exceeding sales goals

Experience selling complex enterprise software solutions- – cloud, networks, collaboration and video are major advantages

Energetic team leader, dedication and an unrelenting drive to succeed and win

Very organized, detail-oriented and persistent.

College degree or equivalent preferred
